Long distance overseas order will be sent by Mail International and can take up to 20 working days.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Mail will leave a card for you to call to make alternative arrangements or collect. 14 DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE – RETURNS&REFUNDS
At Natural Sun we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. However we know and understand there may be occasions where you want to return items. That’s why we offer a 14 day returns guarantee, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it, unopened, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund for the product or goods purchased. The refund does not include the delivery charges of sending the goods to you, or return postal costs unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective – please see Damaged or Defective Item or Errors on Our Part – Returns & Refunds.

14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 working days of the day after the item is delivered. Therefore if you feel for any reason that you no longer wish to keep the item, you can return it, in its original condition within 14 working days after the date the item is delivered, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you, but will not refund your costs in sending the item back to us, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or faulty – please see Damaged or Defective Item Or Errors On Our Part – Returns & Refunds. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND ERRORS ON OUR PART – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Whilst we do our best to ensure all items are dispatched correctly and in perfect condition, on rare occasions we may get it wrong or items may be damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. Because these items are damaged or defective or we have made an error, we will refund in full; the item, the delivery charges levied by us when taking your order and your return postage costs.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage, except where the item we sent you was damaged or defective on receipt or there was an error on our part.
